Our Fees For General Mediation
At our Empowered Resolutions, we are committed to providing professional, supportive, and cost-effective Commercial Dispute Resolution services. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible, with transparent and competitive pricing to meet your needs.

Free Initial Consultation
(30 minutes)
We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your situation and explain how our services can assist you. This session is a great opportunity to ask questions and explore your options before committing to further steps.
Intake Session (1.5 hours) + Preparation
Each party will have an individual, private and confidential meeting with our mediator. In this session, we will discuss each party's respective issues, the mediation process and we will make an assessment as to whether mediation is suitable for resolving the dispute.​

Mediation Session
General Mediation
(4 hours to 7 hours)
We offer flexible mediation options to accommodate your schedule and needs. Mediation can be done either via Zoom or in person or with one party in-person with the other party on teleconference. Depending on the availability of parties involved in the dispute, we aim to schedule mediations within two weeks of your initial contact with Empowered Resolutions.

Payment Terms
General Mediation
Who Pays the Fees?

Each party pays 50% of the total fee.​

When is Payment Due?

Once a mediation date is confirmed, an Agreement to Mediate and an invoice will be sent via email. Payment is required five working days before the mediation date.​
​​Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within three (3) days of the scheduled booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. In such cases, 50% of the total amount will be refunded, and the remaining 50% will be retained to cover administrative and scheduling costs. Cancellations made before this three-day window may be eligible for a full refund, subject to our standard terms.
